Our Pool. Reimagined. Meet Seminole 2.1.
The original Seminole 2.0 Committee was formed when the Seminole Board, along with a group of dedicated members, recognized that our beloved neighborhood pool was nearing the end of its lifespan. It was time to begin planning, designing, and fundraising for a new facility that would serve our members and community for the next 30+ years.
Seminole 2.1 is the latest evolution of that effort—a thoughtfully refined version of the original plan that balances facility needs, project costs, and community priorities.

What is Seminole 2.1?
Seminole 2.1 is a refined and more cost-effective version of our original pool renovation plan. While the original design came in at $6.7 million, the updated plan brings that down to approximately $4 million—without compromising on the features our community cares about most. It’s a smarter, more efficient design that balances needs, costs, and community priorities.
What is the Timeline?
We are excited to share that construction bids have been received, and we have secured the funding needed to move forward with the pool-phase of the renovation.

In May 2027 we plan on diving into Seminole 2.1!
